Abstract :
Because of the advantage of high accuracy, excellent repeatability, simple structure and low pressure loss, turbine flow meter is widely used in industry for measuring gas or liquid flow. However, the disadvantage of nonlinear property restricts its measurement range. Based on the study and analysis of the output pulse signal property of turbine flowmeters, a new method, called fix-point leveling factor method, is proposed to enlarge the measurement range of turbine flowmeter in this paper. This easy and efficient method can be applied in other sensors that output pulse signal
