Abstract
With the liberalization of market, the electric energy is more and more considered as a commercial product; this means that its quality must be considered and then continuously monitored with certified devices. In this paper, an architecture for the implementation of distributed laboratory for metrological confirmation of power quality instruments is described. The paper is structured in three main parts: the first one describes the proposed architecture and its advantage; the second one illustrates in detail the generic node of the distributed laboratory, the field lab and in the last part the communication interfaces of field instruments are compared. The paper is completed with experimental results on metrological confirmation of harmonics and flicker field instruments.
