Abstract
Electrical resistance tomography (ERT) is a developing technique applied in two-phase flow measurement. In the experiment on vertical pipe flow, dual-plane ERT system had been used to get experiment data from multi-sensors. Characteristic value extraction and normalized cross-correlation has been put forward to get cross-correlation velocity. Comparing the velocity calculated by kinematic wave theory and the actual cross-correlation velocity under the conditions of typical flow regimes, the experiment conclusion has also been gained
