Abstract :
Telecommunications services are increasingly dependent on the quality and reliability of telecommunications power systems. As a result, the need for profitable operation of the power systems has increased. For this purpose, ALICE (advanced power plants integrated maintenance control system) has been developed to accommodate wide-area maintenance, interface with various power systems, and system configuration reliability, and has been introduced in maintenance centers. It performs not only centralized supervision and control functions, but also facility administration and advanced maintenance support. This paper introduces the maintenance systems at NIT Power and Building Facilities Inc., and discusses ALICE´s system configuration and system design concept.
