Abstract :
The paper proposes a new design of low voltage wide band inverting current feedback amplifier. With the simple and small circuit, we obtain a high frequency response up to 2.5 GHz, with high gain and large input/output dynamic range up to ±0.5 V for ±0.7 V supply voltage. Simulation was performed with MOSIS 0.5 micron technology and resulted in an excellent performance, stable over a large ambient temperature range. This circuit also performs well in digital application and is suitable for mixed-signal processing.
