Abstract :
In this paper, a new differential class-AB operational transconductance amplifier for high-speed switched capacitor circuits is proposed. A new class-AB output circuit combines a shunt-feedback voltage follower circuit and the conventional folding output circuit to improve the slew rate and bandwidth. The OTA has been designed to operate with a supply voltage of 1.5 V,using a 0.35 μm CMOS technology. Simulation results for a load capacitance (CL) of 3 pF show 300 V/μs slew rate and 330 MHz unity-gain frequency.
