Abstract :
Because the decision maker has three preferable levels to their decision. They are "completely satisfactory", "completely negative" and "uncertainly satisfactory". Then the "certain-uncertain" system for the decision-making space is formed. Firstly, this paper builds up the IDO connection degree of decision-making expression based on set pair analysis; secondly, the IDO situation ordered structure in decision-making system is set up according to the decision situation; thirdly, the decision-making method is given based on the IDO situation ordered structure, which is more scientific and more applicable to the practice; finally, the method is applied to both-branch fuzzy decision-making. Both-branch fuzzy decision-making and its factor fields are ordered separately according to the situation; in the meantime, the dynamic situation is analyzed so as to judge the stabilization of the both-branch fuzzy decision-making
