Abstract :
Fuzzy techniques are playing an increasing role in current intelligent computations and optimizations. How to reasonably describe and measure uncertain information has been becoming urgent in many practical domains such as artificial intelligence, computer techniques, control and optimizations in complex manufacturing systems. In view of poor indistinct structure features of current measuring ways for fuzziness, two concepts, fuzziness feature function and fuzziness-synthesizing operator, are proposed to describe and process fuzziness. Fuzziness can then be expressed as the compounding of the two functions if the axiomatic systems for fuzziness are modified. This will help us effectively to find methods measuring fuzziness under distinct decision consciousness
