  • Abstract
    A method by which the alr capacitor electrodes are charged wlth the DC voltage and then quickly discharged is described. Immediately afterwards, a very sensitlve coulombmeter ls switched on to measure the additlonal discharging in the thin dielectric fllm. The method enables the measurement of effects with a time constant of several milliseconds to several thousand seconds.
