Abstract
In the approach described here, the authors consider modular simulation as a concurrent relaxation process for power electronics. It allows one to use a variety of methods developed in the area of relaxation-based simulation, though iterative, for the purpose of real time one-sweep simulation. In the near future, they expect increased demand for, and attention to, the techniques of improving stability in modular-based simulations, including those considered in this paper
