Abstract :
With the purpose to solve the prevalent problem that exists in the performance evaluation of faculty of high educational institutes, this paper presents a scientific and reasonable evaluating index system. Based on multilevel fuzzy evaluating theory, the system reflects the comprehensive performance of teachers more scientific and produces satisfactory results
