Abstract :
In this paper we investigate the coverage and capacity of WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) Release 99 (Rel. 99) and HSDPA (High-Speed Downlink Packet Access) Rel. 5 indoor networks. The proposed design principles allow a close agreement between analytical and field measurements for remarkable network parameters: path loss, received signal strength and throughput.
