Abstract :
In this paper, we present an approach for partner selection of virtual enterprise. Firstly, we describe calculation method of evaluation index´s weight coefficients by fuzzy decision model and sets up target function. Secondly, we develop a fuzzy decision embedded Elitist preserved genetic algorithm to find the solution for partner selection. In the process of partner selection, truncation selection and roulette wheel selection are combined, and crossover probability and mutation probability are automatic adjusting according to the searching range. The approach is demonstrated by an experimental example. The results show that the suggested approach is possible to quickly achieve optimal solution for virtual enterprise formation
