Abstract

In this paper, the meanings, principles and content system of knowledge management were described; the necessity and feasibility of knowledge management implementation in the power companies was illustrated; the specific content and programs of knowledge management in the construction of electric power enterprises was mostly analyses. It has much practical significance for power enterprises to improve competitiveness and innovation capability by the application of knowledge management.
