Abstract
A small WIFI/Bluetooth low cost antenna based on a commercially available wash proof plaster and conductive textiles is developed for healthcare and telemedicine applications. The antenna shows good -10 dB reflection coefficient and radiation patterns performance in isolation as well as on the body. Furthermore, it lends itself to being rolled out and stuck on many surfaces, therefore further demonstrating the viability of using plaster strips for disposable electronics.
