Abstract :
It is one of the important means that can improve its quality and decrease its cost by improving the manufacturing technology for the bearings in the NC positioner. In this paper, the Signal-to-Noise of Taguchi Method was applied to analyze the technologic parameters of the nitridinged bearings surface. The technologic parameter of the key single factor is assured in nitridinging in order to find out the minimum amount of nitridinging deformation by analyzing the result of experiment and optimizing the technologic parameters. The amount of nitridinging deformation is controlled to the minimum. Before the nitridinging, the integrated error of the amount of deformation is computed to assure the cutting amount. The error can be compensated by means of manufacturing. So the bearing didn´t need to be manufactured again. It is proved that this simple and stable method can improve efficiency and reduce the manufacturing cost.
