Research on the Design of Archives Management Information Assessment System

According to actual work characteristics, function and the related standard of achieve management information system, a comprehensive evaluation system is established especially for achieve management. The evaluation index system is composed of primary, secondary indexes and reference elements. The primary indexes include system function, system performance, system utilization and system efficiency. And in the same time the secondary indexes are also discussed. For the achieve management evaluation system the primary index and secondary indexes´ weights are determined by the fuzzy consistent matrix theory.
