Abstract
Telemedicine service should be developed differently depending on whether public healthcare service or private health care service. Therefore, each of the telemedicine services should be designed to reflect the characteristics of its and users´ perceptions on service. We carried out a comparative study about the perception on telemedicine service between public healthcare users and private healthcare users. This study collected 192 samples from paper-based surveys, focusing on two groups: public healthcare users (n=101) and private healthcare users (n=81). We measured differences in satisfaction and behavior intention to use as well as perception on telemedicine service. This study will provide insight into understanding users of telemedicine service, guidelines to develop appropriate telemedicine service model in public healthcare and private healthcare.
