Abstract :
For the everyday dispatching and commanding in the existing railway line in China, the accuracy of dispatching daily plan directly affects the whole efficiency of the dispatching and commanding system in the railway bureau. The planning process of daily dispatching plan is a complex cooperative process in which many participating roles are involved. Establishing the process model is helpful to reflect the essential characteristics, and improve the accuracy of daily dispatching plan. At present, Multi-Agent technology has been one of the key modeling technologies of complex collaborative process, and has been successfully applied in many areas. In this paper, we focus on the problem of the cooperative planning process modeling about daily dispatching plan which is based on the modeling of multi-level and multi-role. In contrast to the traditional planning model, a cooperative planning process model based on Multi-Agent is provided. Such a multi-level and multi-roles process model not only reflects the process´s characteristics, but provides an important guide for the cooperative planning information system in each railway bureau about daily dispatching plan in the range of the whole railway.
