Abstract :
In this paper we propose a method for least squares design of a time-domain equalizer. In contrast to many of the previous methods reported in the literature, the problem is formulated in the frequency domain. This is the natural domain for multicarrier modulation schemes and allows optimizations to be carried out in an easy and effective manner.
