Abstract :
Our societies are currently facing the increase of aged in the population. More and more elderly people suffer from the Alzheimer´s disease. In order to reduce the cost for caring these elders, to let these elders foster automatically, smart home (intelligent health home) is proposed as a recency solution. This paper presents that EpiTalk advisor system assists the cognitive impaired elder to complete the ADLs by curing at home. The common temporal problems of ADLs are solved, which are the sequential problem, the random problem, and the synchronisation problem
