Abstract :
The current fault diagnosis methods pay more attention to the application of Alarm messages and overlook the topology information, thus it is hard to model for the direction components. This paper expresses the thought that make a fault diagnosis model on the base of topology and it can judge the fault components accurately by the knowledge of topology even with malfunctions of protective relays and circuit breakers.
