Abstract :
Dielectric loss is an important indicator reflecting insulating property of high-voltage electrical equipment. As the limitations of the test device, it´s difficult to test the dielectric loss of large-capacity equipments such as generators, power cables on site currently. This paper shows a dielectric loss and capacitance testing device working on high-voltage and large-capacity electric equipments on site which can measure capacitance up to 2.5μF. And it has many advantages such as convenient transport, anti-jamming performance, and high degree of automation, accurate testing and reproducibility.
