Abstract :
Flash memory based storage system needs to resolve the performance bottleneck for writing in perspective of speed and lifetime according to its disadvantageous physical property. To overcome the hardware drawbacks, flash memory requires non-in-place update for recycling of memory. In this paper, a new method for memory recycling is proposed.
