  • Abstract
    The new load-shedding algorithm based on RCTL is presented in the paper, which can select optimum load-shedding site based on wide area information and the concept of RCTL. A new method to calculate amount of load-shedding is also proposed. Shandong power grid system is adopted to make computer simulation analysis and the simulation results shows that the shedding algorithm is effective and practicable.
