Abstract :
Systematical study on real time coordination problems had been made, aiming at improving response ability to uncertainty for supply chain. Connotation and research content of supply chain real time coordination were determined with the study of coordination theory, emergency management and response decision technique. Organization structure, general procedure and critical technologies for supply chain real time coordination were put forward. Decision support system was briefly described. Theoretical framework study shows that supply chain real time coordination is necessary and pressing. It is a fresh and promising research area
