  • Abstract
In today´s competitive business environment, in which having right, complete, comprehensive and proper information is the most important factor of success, organizations have to tend to Information Technology (IT) and Information Communication Technology (ICT) systems. Taking into consideration that former frameworks used for enterprise organizations are not service oriented, these organizations cannot be matched to the new service oriented technologies, so IT/ICT consultants encounter with some complex difficulties in the enterprise architecting projects. ISRUP (Information Systems based on RUP (Rational Unified Process)) framework is derived from Zachman enterprise architecture framework and designed for agile enterprise architectures to develop a service oriented architecture in organizations and business enterprises using the leverage of E-Services (especially web and grid services), UML (Unified Modeling Language) and RUP vocabulary and to converge E-Business, E-Commerce and E-Government. ISRUP enterprise framework consists of 5 views, 8 models and 40 enterprise patterns. In this paper, we focus on {Architect@Place} enterprise pattern, which describes how to design and implement security of hardware and software components from architect´s view, suggest the activities which must be performed within this pattern, and model this activities by a PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) process approach inspired by ISO27001 standard.
