Abstract :
This paper describes a compact SAW-less receiver front-end design targeting multiband multimode GSM/EDGE/WCDMA/GPS applications. Using a translational loop for input matching, the inductor-free receiver achieves high OOB lin earity and low NF at low power consumption.
