  • Abstract
    We operated a single-chip SQUID magnetometer where all components such as a pickup coil, SQUID sensor, and feedback circuit are integrated in a chip. A CAMAC system was used for displaying the waveform. We also calculated the theoretical sensitivity and compared it with the measured data.
