  • Abstract
In this research, the physical model describing dynamics of microparticles of the solid wastes dispersed in water fed into magnetic filters is considered. Then, we built the computer simulation of the particle trajectories. We explore various parameters of the simulations and propose a method for optimizing the simulation of microparticles capture in magnetic filters during the process of High Gradient Magnetic Filtration (HGMF). The simulation is useful in inspecting the various behavior of microparticles capture while its optimization can further reduce the simulation time and maintaining the accuracy.
