Abstract :
The most commonly used methods of target tracking in the linear system is Least Square Filtering, Kalman filtering and Interacting Multiple Model(IMM). in this article, we use Least Square Algorithm and the Interacting Multiple Model (IMM) to study the tracking of non-maneuvering target and maneuvering target. then compare to several algorithms, and deduces the advantage and disadvantage of each algorithm.
