Abstract :
The author describes how object-oriented techniques may be used in the output analysis phase of a simulation, using a system designed for highly interactive, graphical data analysis. The implementation is in Common Lisp; the graphic package is part of the QUAIL (quantitative analysis in Lisp) system. Applications to analysis of simulation data are discussed. The capabilities of the plot package are illustrated with a graphical analysis of a simulation experiment, and interactive techniques for analyzing time-varying response variables are described
