The Model of the Business Management Decision of the Whole Employee Stock Ownership Enterprise Based on AHP

Along with the deepening of the state-owned business remanufacture, more and more state-owned businesses have implemented the reform of the stockholder´s rights multiplication. The whole employee stock ownership as one form of the stockholder´s rights multiplication is also being applied widely. In the whole employee stock ownership enterprise, the factors such as the contradictions of staff´s dual status, the imperfect of decision-making mechanism and so on, restrict the scientific nature and the rationality of the management decision. This article is in view of whole employee stock ownership´s characteristic and analysis the factor of influence management decision. And then constructed the management decision model using AHP. They are have positive affects in realizing the scientific nature and the rationality to the management decision.
