Abstract :
The reasonable arrangement of thermal power generating units´ starting-up sequence during black-up is very important for the fast restoration of the power system after blackout. Based on fuzzy AHP, a new decision-making method for units´ optimal starting-up sequence is proposed in the paper. Evaluation indexes of units´ starting-up sequence is determined by the thoroughly analysis of various factors that affect the units´ starting-up sequence, the hierarchy model for the units´ optimal starting-up sequence is established and the complementary judgment matrices using trapezium fuzzy numbers is built to calculate the weight coefficient. Then, the comprehensive evaluation value are calculated and the units´ optimal starting-up sequence is obtained. The method can combine the advantages of both AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and help the dispatchers determine the units´ optimal starting-up sequence quickly. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by the optimization results of the New England 10-unit 39-bus power system.
