Abstract :
After a bargaining process, enterprises come to promissory contracts. The final payoffs of negotiation depend greatly on the payoff value of the bargaining disagreement point (viz. base point). Based on the analysis of the significances of enterprises cooperation, a new method of choosing the optimal base point is proposed in this paper, where bargaining starts at the optimal base point is expected to achieve the optimal utility allocation. Compared with other common methods in practice, the method of choosing the optimal base point mentioned in this paper successfully avoid the problem of unsymmetry in Nash solution
