Abstract
In addition to the main technical program, the conference includes 14 lunch time sponsored sessions organized by several of the ACC 2013 Gold Sponsors. An abstract for each of the 14 presentations is given with and a brief professional biography of each presenter. The complete presentations were not made available for publication as part of the conference proceedings.
