Abstract :
The aim of this paper is to show that programmable architectures can be efficiently used to treat real-time high computational applications. The application considered here is the Hough transform used to detect lines in images. The solution presented is to use a dedicated general purpose image processing parallel architecture. The implementation has been performed on the GFLOPS architecture
