Summary form only given. In this session advancements in memory and high-speed I/O interfaces are presented that significantly increase system performance and reduce power. Recently, demand for high-speed I/O interface has increased in various memory application areas such as mobile applications, solid-state disc (SSD), digital appliances and server or cloud computing.
