Abstract :
Reconfiguration is to reconfigure the topological structure of distribution networks optimally. The artificial intelligence optimization algorithms are effective in solving reconfiguration problems. The coding scheme, as the base of AI algorithm application, is to represent the solution schemes by serials of numbers. The efficiency of coding scheme affects the quality and speed of optimization. A loop-based coding scheme is proposed and compared with the binary and decimal coding schemes. The reactive tabu search algorithm is employed to get the optimal solution. The efficiency of the proposed coding scheme is proved by simulation results on 69-node system.
