  • Abstract
    Investigations are conducted mainly in two directions - the change of the material properties by means of nano-particle incorporation and creation of novel materials on the basis of nano-particle powders. We have carried out high-sensitive experimental investigations of the SiC powders transmission spectra in the lattice oscillations region.
