Abstract :
A manufacturing system is, in certain respects, a net of workstations interconnected by ways which are followed by loads. In this paper the authors analyse this network of traffic and transformation of loads and then they set up a formalism of “energetic” modelling, under some specified conditions, inspired by bond graphs. The “power” variables are the number of individual products in the batches and their frequency, which enable to define the “power” by the rate of flow, and the “energy” by the number of convoyed products
