Abstract
Phase delay interferometry on baselines of tens or hundreds of kilometers can provide angular navigation capabilities competitive with group delay interferometry on intercontinental baselines, due to the mach higher precision of the phase delay datatype. Results are presented for two recent short baseline experiments, with baseline lengths of 6 and 253 km, showing delay residuals of 10 psec or less for angularly close sources.
