Abstract :
The electrodynamics method of calculation the irregular folded TWT is formulated. Frequency characteristics are calculated and the estimation of influence of the higher waves modes at frequency characteristics and processes of interaction of electron beam and electromagnetic waves in the ranges of frequencies 40-3000 GHz is spent.
