Abstract :
The approach for teleoperated systems at CEA is computer aided teleoperation. Our purpose is to study a system able to offer off-line planning capabilities and execution assistance. In order to respond both online (decision-making control) and off-line (planning) we analyse decision-making requirements. We propose a blackboard architecture with a reactive opportunistic control module
