Abstract :
In order to characterize the electromagnetic environment in customer premises, CNET has started a campaign of measurement by installing nine measurement sites spread over France. Electromagnetic disturbances on telecommunications and mains components which are connected to terminal equipment are measured. The authors present the first statistical results of the peak amplitudes of the short events recorded since September 1992 to February 1993
