Abstract :
Knowledge sharing, which is one of the most important factors of knowledge management, plays more and more crucial role in the process of the enterprise development. The topic of how to encourage the knowledge workers to deeply share their knowledge is the direction of knowledge management field. This paper developed a model of measuring employee knowledge-sharing performance base on the theories on knowledge management and knowledge sharing, by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE). That evaluation model included the indices system of knowledge-sharing performance evaluation and Knowledge-sharing evaluation algorithm based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The validity of this model had been proved through the empirical analysis in practice.
