The rooms for telephone automatic switches require a precise and secure air conditioning, as well as energy consumption control. For this purpose, the following free standing air handling units (UTA) have been compared: a UTA with a remote air-cooled condenser; a UTA with a remote air-cooled condenser and free-cooling; and a UTA with a remote dry-cooler and transfer coil
