Abstract
An effort is made to provide guidance to the preparers and reviewers of O&M (operations and maintenance) methods. Concepts of human factors engineering are introduced, and the application of a checklist in the preparation and review of clear operations and maintenance procedures which result in fewer human errors is discussed
