Abstract
In this paper, we have demonstrated and studied the operation of a photoconductive switch delivering 100 ps to 300 ps electrical pulses with high peak voltage and using low energy for optical gating. The synchronization of 4 generators permitted to develop an ultra wide band radar system for mine detection application.
