Abstract :
In this paper, with ArcGIS as the technology support and the commonly theory in real estate appraisal as the basis, the spatial decision support system (SDSS) theory was introduced into real estate appraisal in a creative way. In this system, we build spatial data warehouses, spatial models, data interoperability and the shared mechanism; improve the current situation of low accuracy, lack of quantitative analysis and spatial analysis in real estate appraisal. It has great significance in making real estate appraisal more scientific, information-based and shared.
